Hi, we’re Niccolò and Francesca, an Italian couple living in Milan, where food is more than just a passion—it’s part of our DNA. Our shared love for authentic Italian flavors inspired us to create Casa Pastrocchi, a Home Cooking Experience that blends tradition, creativity, and the warmth of true Italian hospitality. Cooking & Wine Experience

We open the doors to our kitchen in the heart of Milan, to guide you through a 3.5 hours experience in cooking the best Italian recipes you've ever tasted in your life, even if you have no experience in cooking or preparing meals. You'll live a true Italian culinary experience, learning how to create the dishes you most love with your bare hands, in a friendly and cozy environment where you'll feel like home! And there's no good dinner without good wine! That's why you'll also have the chance to take part to a wine tasting experience with Niccolò, a Certified Sommelier that will make you dream with scents and flavors of the best Italian wine, precisely selected for the night.

Niccolò

Grew up surrounded by the rich flavors of Tuscan cuisine, drawing inspiration from his grandmother’s traditional recipes and his father’s expertise as a professional chef. His passion led him to Milan, where he expanded his knowledge through intensive courses at prestigious institutions such as the Gualtiero Marchesi Academy. As Certified Italian Sommelier, Niccolò’s expertise goes beyond the kitchen. With over a decade of hands-on culinary experience, his deep appreciation for wine pairings elevate every dining experience, making him a true connoisseur of Italy’s food and wine culture.

Francesca

Inherited her love for the traditional italian cuisine from her grandmothers, who passed down their mastery of loved dishes like tagliatelle, lasagne, and cappelletti. From an early age, she became deeply involved in the art of Italian home cooking, perfecting these recipes over the years. Francesca has also immersed herself in the world of wine, becoming an active member of the Italian Sommelier Association.
